Regional Representative for NR2
Leonard Montgrand serves as the Regional Representative for NR2, overseeing the collective efforts of all seven Locals. With a strong focus on unity, well-being, and growth, Leonard is dedicated to supporting community-driven initiatives and ensuring the voices of the region are heard and respected. His leadership emphasizes monthly board meetings, inter-local cooperation, and a shared vision for a thriving future.

Rene is committed to improving quality of life through seasonal support programs and skill-building opportunities. He has spearheaded initiatives like wood distribution and carpentry training courses, all designed to meet the evolving needs of community members.
